MSG_FILE_EXISTS_RETRY buttons

I know that I can control the message that is displayed when a file is in use by modifying these two strings with SetupData.SetLocalizedString, or even by editing the language XML file:

MSG_FILE_EXISTS_INUSE
MSG_FILE_EXISTS_RETRY

However, is it possible to control the buttons that are used? Instead of Retry/Cancel, is it possible to modify them to be Yes/No? There does not appear to be an action to control that, but just checking. I am using SUF 9.5.
