I packaged software by SetupFactory 9.5.3.0 and installed it in windows 10, the language of the computer was set to Chinese, and the beta option "Use UTF-8" was checked in the Settings, all Chinese garbled characters on the installation interface, may I ask whether SetupFactory supports this new feature of windows?
