How to open a website after successful installation?

Hi

I would like to open a website page (display documentation site) after a successful install of the software. Is there a best-practice way to do this?

I've had some success doing this via custom actions and a lua script, but this seems like a long-winded way to do it....and for some reason it opens the web-page twice, sometimes once? I'm not sure what's going on with that?
