File Version Tool

Hi there, I'm using the tool from this site:

http://www.mindquake.com.br/en/utils/fileversion

It is working well when I run as an unattended build, but I was curious if there is a way to force Setup Factory to look at an .ini file when I just run a build through the GUI.

PS. AWESOME tool, nice work on that.
