I see it's been 4 years since anyone made a suggestion, so I don't have much hope here...
However, for the record I've been evaluating MSI Factory for a few days and I'm amazed that there is virtually no documentation or user guide.
I strongly suggest you put resources into some sort of tutorial and a good user guide if you want more customers.
As it is, I'm re-considering using your system.
